Event numbers for all entries received on or before 29/7/13 will be posted out.
Numbers for entries received after 29/7/13 will be issued at the start area (Te Ahu Centre, Cnr Mathews Ave and South Road, Kaitaia) between 9.00 - 9.45am.
Please attach your event number high on the front of your t-shirt or singlet.

WITHDRAWALS
All refunds will be subject to a 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 31/7/13.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing or by email before 31/7/13 to sportnorth@sportnorth.co.nz or Sport Northland, PO Box 1492, Whangarei 0140.
Entries close 31/7/13 - no entries will be accepted on the day.

FAMILY ENTRIES
When entering a family you will need to select 'this is not a team entry' on the first screen you get to.
The second screen will provide you with options to enter a family.
This year we have changed our family entry to provide two entry prices which can cater for family entries for 3-6 people.
Family entries only allow for a maximum of 2 adults per entry.
You will need the details for all family members before entering.

TEAM ENTRIES
Using the team entry option you can create and manage or join an existing team.
To join an existing team you may require the password from the Team Captain.
Teams can be made up of two or more people.
Payment will need to be made at the time of each individual entry.
Once a team has been created extra members can be added at any stage before entries close on 24/10/12.
