ENTRY CONFIRMATION

EVENT NUMBER & TIMING TAG COLLECTION Please nominate your pick up preference on entry form.

1. Delivered to your hotel/motel (no residential or business addressed) on Friday 15th November (Paihia/Kerikeri vicinity only). This will incur an additional cost of $5 per entry.
If you will be selecting the option to have your Number/Timing Chip delivered - please read this important information:
As some people have had trouble with the process for adding the chip delivery option to their online entry, please read the instructions on how to do this
HERE. It is your responsibility to insure this is done correctly for each entry so we are able to have your items delivered as requested.
2. Pick up Wednesday 13th November, 1pm-5pm at the ASB Northland Sports House, Kensington, Whangarei.

3. Pick up Thursday 14th November, 8.30am-6pm at the ASB Northland Sports House, Kensington, Whangarei.

4. Pick up Friday 15th November, 12pm-8.30pm at the Kerikeri Domain, Cobham Road, Kerikeri

5. Pick up Saturday 16th November at the Start line, Okaihau – Race numbers & chips only. This is discouraged and should only be used if no alternative.

*Team numbers/chips must be collected together.

HYBRID (RUN/WALK) CATEGORY

This year we have introduced a new category for participants who want to complete the 21.1km course with a mix of running and walking. This category would best suit participants who plan to walk a majority of the course but would still like to break into the occasional jog or run during the event.


WITHDRAWALS

All refunds will be subject to a 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 10/11/13.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing or by email before 10/11/13 to sportnorth@sportnorth.co.nz or Sport Northland, PO Box 1492, Whangarei 0140.

CORPORATE TEAM ENTRIES

10 entries per team.

First four male and two female runner’s finish times are counted towards corporate team trophy.

All 10 team members must be full time employees of the company.

Team t-shirts to be worn by all 10 competitors.
You will need the entry details for all members of your Corporate Team - once entered you will be unable to add further Team Members or transfer entries to a new member.

 

SOCIAL TEAM ENTRIES
