SPOT PRIZES DRAWS
Spot Prize Terms and Conditions: 1. The spot prize draw is open to all Sport Northland Run/Walk Series entrants in the events they have entered. 2. Entrants must be present at prize giving and show their event number to claim prizes. 3. Prizes are non-transferrable, non refundable and not redeemable for cash. 4. The draw will be computer generated using random number generator software with the decision being final and no correspondence will be entered into.  5. Employees and their family (same household) of Sport Northland are not eligible for spot prizes.

AIR NEW ZEALAND MYSTERY WEEKEND (2013 Jennian Homes Mother’s Day Fun Run/Walk - Paihia )
The major spot prize for the 2013 Jennian Homes Mother’s Day Fun Run/Walk - Paihia  will be an Air New Zealand Mystery Holiday for two, which includes: flights for two people from Whangarei to a mystery destination in New Zealand, taxi/shuttle between the airport and your hotel, two nights for two people in a 3-4 star accommodation  at your mystery destination .

The winners of the Air New Zealand Mystery Holiday will be drawn by Jennian Homes Northland prior to the event, after entries have closed.
The following conditions for this prize include, but are not limited to the following: 1. The prize is not redeemable for cash. 2. The prize is only available for redemption between specific travel period dates as specified by Air New Zealand. 3. Additional costs involved with the redemption of this prize are the responsibility of the prize recipient.

To be eligible to win this prize you must: 1. Have correctly entered on the official Sport Northland entry form (or online). 3. Have purchased an official 2013 Jennian Homes Heart Foundation Mother’s Day Fun Run/Walk T-Shirt and wear it during the event and at prize giving.

2x DAIKIN FTXS 35L INVERTER CONTROLLED 'HIGH WALL' SPLIT SYSTEMS (2013 Chilltech Beach 2 Basin Whangarei Run/Walk Only)
The major spot prizes for the 2013 Chilltech Beach 2 Basin Whangarei Run/Walk will be two Daikin FTXS 35L inverter controlled 'high wall' split systems, supplied by Daikin New Zealand and installed by Chill Technology.

The winners of the Daikin Heat Pumps will be draw by Chilltech prior to the event after entries have closed.
The following conditions for this prize include, but are not limited to the following: 1. The prize’s are not redeemable for cash.  2. The prize’s are only available to the winner of each prize or their immediate family living within Northland.  3. The prize is to be installed within 90 days from March 3rd 2013.  4. A travel charge may apply if the prize is to be installed outside the Whangarei city boundary.  5. Installation excludes any alterations, upgrades or additions to the building's electrical supply, which may be required to install the prize.
To be eligible to win this prize you must: 1. be 18 years of age as at the event date and have paid the adult entry fee. Date of birth must be filled in upon entry.  2. have correctly entered on the official Sport Northland entry form (or online). 3. Check the appropriate box when entering allowing Sport Northland to pass your details on to Chilltech for the purpose of the prize draw.
